Officer Commanding 2462 (Oakley) Squadron Air Cadets
2462 Oakley Squadron is well established and active in Bedfordshire and Cambrisdgeshire Wing.
The Air Cadets is a large military youth organisation sponsored by the Royal Air Force. The air cadets provides young people from 13-20 years old with activities that will develop self-discipline, leadership, self confidence, and communication skills which wil be a good sound base for their future in adult life.
2462 (Oakley) Air Cadets Motto is "DEVELOPING STRENGTH"
The Air Cadets Motto is "VENTURE ADVENTURE"
If you are interested in taking part in the following: flying, gliding, abseiling, climbing, hill walking, shooting, canoeing and visiting RAF bases where you can enjoy a week on an active station. Some cadets get lucky enough to get a trip in a Royal Air Force jet.
Come and join us, you will have an adventurous time with 2462 (Oakley) Squadron Air Cadets.
